Meet Amber Donnelly and her assistant/Buyer's Agent Summer Smiley.Amber brings over 12 years experience as a top producer and Double Centurion (Top 3% nationally in sales). A Tahoe native from a family of successful agents/builders.
Real estate skills are second nature to Amber.As a hard working agent she will communicate through the whole transaction and has amazing negotiating skills. She's active in the community giving back by promoting local animal shelters and donating to families in need and supporting and donating to the schools/teachers and sports programs as well as volunteering as a coach.Formerly a middle/high school teacher, college instructor and teacher trainer (CA teaching credential) Amber uses her education background to help clients navigate the waters in buying and selling.Amber has a Business and Spanish Degree from CSU Chico and her Master of Education from National University.Summer her assistant brings years of experience in real estate as a Realtor and previous property manager.
